Because it's a water-free powder, the formula needs no preservative and the actives stay stable until the moment you add water. You control the lather — a whisper of foam on delicate mornings, a rich cloud after makeup and sunscreen.

How to use: Dispense a small amount of powder into your palm. Add a few drops of water and rub hands together, building more water gradually until the powder blooms into a rich, creamy lather. Massage onto damp skin, then rinse clean. Follow with The Balance Effect mist and your moisturizer.
