Iceland’s sheep are not kept behind fences. Each spring, they are turned out into the open country to graze wild grasses, moss, and mountain herbs across centuries-old terrain. In autumn, farmers ride out to gather them home again—a practice largely unchanged for over a thousand years.

The tallow in this jar comes from those very flocks. It is rendered by hand in Iceland at low temperatures using raw suet only, never trimmings. The lambs are raised without added hormones and finish purely on what the land gives them.

Fat carries the record of how an animal lived. Ours lived well.

What It Does for Your Skin

This is a moisturizer for skin that has run out of patience. Skin that feels tight after washing, looks dull by afternoon, or is reactive and sensitive.

Lamb tallow is remarkably close in composition to the lipids skin produces on its own, which is why it sinks in rather than sitting on top. We paired it with goat milk, naturally rich in conditioning milk lipids, and a ceramide complex that helps skin look smooth and comfortable rather than stripped.

The finish is the part people notice. It is rich without the heaviness you expect from a tallow product. No greasy film, no waiting around before you can get dressed. It absorbs, and then it simply looks like skin.

How to Use

Warm a small amount between your fingertips and press into clean, slightly damp skin, morning or evening. A little goes further than you think. Follow your serums with it, and let it be the last step.
